- It is user-friendly, simple to set up and install, and can be operated intuitively.
- It has an attractive design.
List of Innovative Android Apps
1: LOCK ME OUT
This one for the hardcore mobile addicts!
What are the uses of Lock Me Out
Lock Me Out is an app that allows you to lock yourself out of your device. The app uses the android accessibility service to change your PIN code to something you don’t know. It will change the screen lock PIN to a random number for a given time period.
You can access at that time is the lockscreen, camera, emergency dialer and incoming calls. When the timer reaches zero the app changes your PIN code back to your real PIN.
Isn’t it awesome!
2: SLEEP CYCLE
The best app for the Sleep Cycle. Get better sleep and make your day amazing and creative!
What are the uses of Sleep Cycle?
According to the app’s webpage, the accelerometer and microphone in your phone are able to track your movements and breathing as you sleep and create a graph representing your sleep cycle (see below).
Your alarm will then ring to wake you up when you are in your lightest phase of sleep. This reduces any unpleasant grogginess or inertia you may experience if you are woken up suddenly from deeper stages of sleep.
How to use Sleep Cycle
You place your phone under your pillow and set a time to wake up.
3: Filedrop
I have never been a fan of storing files on the cloud because I absolutely hate it when it syncs everything across all my devices. I don’t mind my computer being cluttered but I want my phone to have as few files as possible, and contain absolutely as little files as possible related to work. And of course, I don’t always carry my phone or tablet cable around with me. So this app has been the best solution I have found to transfer files between my phone, tablet, and computer.
All you need to do is to download the app on the devices you want to share files across and connect all of them to a common Wi-Fi network. Then all you have to do is select your file, drag, and drop.
It’s really intuitive and easy to use, and the fact that it’s also very beautifully designed certainly makes it really innovative. I have been able to transfer several gigabytes of photos, and videos to different devices in a matter of minutes with a good internet connection. In addition, it also has other functions, such as allowing you to sync displays across devices and play slideshows or videos.
More information on the app can be found here: FileDropMe
