Is your windows computer got stuck on the logon screen showing “The Group Policy Client Service failed the logon. Access is denied” and not allowing you to enter into windows here only the option is to shutdown or restart your computer.
There’s no need to reinstall your windows or repair your windows with installation DVD. I am going to show you the Simple way to get rid out of this issue on any version of Windows.
What is Group Policy of Windows?
“Group Policy is a feature of Windows NT Family of Operating Systems that controls the working environment of the user accounts and computer accounts”
How it takes place in windows and stops you to enter into account?
The Group Policy Access is denied error occurs due to the new unwanted entries in the registry system of windows, it takes place when any new software which is harmful for the computer is installed in the computer’s windows operating system and then it affects the registry system and group policy gets affected by this.
Now let’s start to fix it:
Step 1: Restart Your Computer and keep on pressing F8 function key from your keyboard and then a Screen will appear from that screen select the Safe Mode option and hit Enter Key.
Step 2: Right Click on Computer and Select Manage Option.
Step 3: From Computer Management Option on the left hand side select Local Users and Groups.
Step 4: In the Local Users and Groups option there three Users will be present.
Step 5: Select the Administrator Account and Right Click on it and select properties option.
Step 6: From Properties Option Uncheck the box “Account is Disabled” and “Password never expires” and Click ok.
Step 7: Disable your Current Account by following the above steps.
Now restart your computer and you will be login with Administrator Account if you want to Change the name of your administrator account you can change it with Control Panel.
You can transfer your old account file to new account from “C/Users” folder. all your Desktop,Downloads, and Documents files are present safely in your old account folder move it to administrator account and delete your old account from Computer Management.
